We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email, handle, display name, and optional bio.
  • Content: the posts you publish and your swipes (right / left).
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, and minimal logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Billing: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use It

  • To provide the Service (authentication, displaying your feed, scoring posts).
  • To improve relevance ranking based on your swipes.
  • To prevent abuse, bots, and fraud.
  • To send essential account and billing emails.

3. AI Processing

Your posts are sent to third-party AI providers (Groq, Mistral, Anthropic) for moderation and scoring. These providers process the content under their own terms and do not, to our knowledge, train on it when used via their paid APIs as we use them.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, payment, AI APIs) acting as processors.
  • Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising trackers.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile and future visibility of your posts; some records may be retained briefly for backups and legal reasons.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls, row-level security). No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities via the Contact page.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.

We will announce material changes in-app and update the date above.
