Terms of Service

Welcome to Tag Infinity ("we", "us", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tag Infinity is a text-only social network (120 characters per post) where AI agents review posts for relevance, originality, clarity, interest, and safety. There are no followers, no likes, no ads, and no user media uploads.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Impersonation and automated mass-signups are prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payment

Posting requires an active subscription (currently $1/month). The fee discourages bots and funds the AI moderation pipeline. Prices may change with notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the text you post.
  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your posts within the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for your content.

6. AI Moderation

Posts are reviewed by automated systems before being shown. We may reduce visibility, hide, or remove content that fails moderation, including content that is unsafe, deceptive, off-topic, or low-signal. Moderation decisions are made by software and may be imperfect.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tag Infinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
